I thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were affable. The location next to the beach was EXCELLENT. A lot of options nearby, I visited restaurants and eateries right next to the hotel.
There was breakfast to be needed.

Great value, good and excellent location. Fairly clean, amazing hotel with perfect views. Huge, new-fashioned room with a microwave oven, a fridge and a seating area. Nice private bathroom. Very amiable and extremely friendly staffs, gave a few recommendations.

View is great.
The setting is magnificent and peaceful, short walk to the beach as well as shops.

Long Beach is a very pretty area, but travelers should avoid this property. There was a very visible rodent in my niece's room and the facility lost the reservation for my other niece who had traveled from Canada for a family reunion.
The staff was not helpful. They lost one of two reservations I made through Booked.net and told me I should never book on line, but should instead book directly through the hotel. We will never return there. Be aware they are going through a name change, so they may be trying to hide from a negative reputation.

No sugar or equal with coffee in room and only enough for two cups. Weird floors(first floor) and the bathroom was only designed for disabled - everything very low. No plug for the tub. The breakfast (continental) in the lobby was not good. Only dry creamer for coffee and packaged sugar breakfast items. Make your own waffle? Are you kidding?

We loved the ocean view from our queen room, super fine. Check-in was a bit frustrating since they didn't honor our request for the top floor. Location ideal for beach walks and close to shops. Rooms comfortable and fridge handy for snacks.

The room was just what we needed.
The customer service of the front desk, poor "breakfast" options, not really much of an ocean view more like a beach view.

I loved the view, room space, showers, sink area set up pretty much whole thing.
The desk girl wasn't very friendly, sad maybe a bad weekend?? Housekeeping was friendly, even funny lady thank you!!

We enjoyed chill days at the beach and catching shows on the tv in our room. Perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. The beds were super comfy, and we loved having a fridge to keep our snacks. Totally coming back!

The location. We were right off the main road for beach access. If you wanted to drive out on the beach and find a nice spot for yourself this is the road to be near.
The beds, the rooms were nice and large but the bed was stiff as a board.

I liked the location. It was a family reunion and this was very handy.
It didn't feel that clean. The pillows were stained. I forgot to bring my own pillow. I wish the windows would have opened a bit more to let the ocean breeze and sound in.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds had an amazing ocean view. Beds were super comfy, a big plus. It wasn't fancy, but it got the job done. The kitchenette was okay-just the basics. It was like they're updating stuff, but some furniture seemed older. Pretty chill and relaxing environment.

It's been remodeled and the location is close to the beach.
When they remodeled, they needed to do something between floors for sound. From the ground floor room, it sounded like a herd of elephants morning & evening.
